I am very pleased of doing business with the dealership. The customer service was excellent. My sales agents Keith and Carlos were great, with taking me trough the whole process of trading my old vehicle wi The customer service was excellent. My sales agents Keith and Carlos were great, with taking me trough the whole process of trading my old vehicle with the new. I went at 4PM on Saturday to check an Audi A6 and after deciding to by the car I was the last one staying in the dealership to close the deal. The employees stay way past the closing hour, which was 6PM just to finish with the purchase on the same day. 7:45 I was out with my new car. Be sure that doing deal with Audi Morton Grove you wouldn’t regret and they’ll hook you up with an amazing vehicle. More

Zero stars! ! STOP!! Read this: Whatever you do DO NOT buy a car from this dealership! Unfortunately I did. I had an issue with my purchase and within less than ! STOP!! Read this: Whatever you do DO NOT buy a car from this dealership! Unfortunately I did. I had an issue with my purchase and within less than 24 hrs called multiple times to reach a mgr, he was constantly “busy”, “in a meeting” , “going to call me back momentarily” rather he was just ignoring me. I did reach him one time and his reply was “I’ll get back to you within the hour”. I still haven’t heard from him, Tomas’s Bazarewicz. In addition, I sent an email to the general manager Jose Vallecillo, requesting assistance and crickets…. No reply whatsoever. What should have been an exciting time buying a new car has been nothing short of a nightmare due to this dealership and management team. Save yourself a headache and stress and buy elsewhere. More
