I panicked when my Q5 wouldn’t start and kept flashing a message indicating that if I didn’t re-start my ignition, the system would shutdown. So, I called the Mission Viejo Audi dealer and they reassured m message indicating that if I didn’t re-start my ignition, the system would shutdown. So, I called the Mission Viejo Audi dealer and they reassured me. I called AAA and they charged my battery and sent me to the dealer. They checked it out, installed a new battery and all was good again. My Service agent updated me throughout the process and explained the charges. I felt very reassured that my car got the best care and they also washed and polished it. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you. More
