The service was very good at Audi. Everyone was kind and courteous. But, I’m only giving a 4 star rating because when I took my car in for 7:00am appointment they were already out of loaners. Doing Enterprise rental wasn’t an option because they open @ 8:00am. I’m sure they were out of cars from the day before. I wish they would have texted me and had me reschedule instead of driving all the way there for nothing. I ended up coming back at 4:30pm that day and got a loaner. More
