Great Support throughout the purchase of my Audi E-Tron I have never purchased a new Audi before. I have been the happy owner of 2 Audi before (A6 and AllRoad) both pre-owned. And I would never consider buying a new combustion engine car. I got fascinated by the literature about the E-Tron though and eventually went to the dealership to meet Akram Ali, who did an outstanding job with me from the placement of my order on Audi Portal to the reception of my car: - Akram did not try to push me, he listened to me and answered all my detailed questions either directly or by e-mail - When I got underwhelmed by the EPA range for the E-tron and came close to cancel my order, Akram made me comfortable with the alternatives of either cancelling at no cost to me or waiting to test the car first, which is what I eventually did. I eventually maintained my order as I was trully impressed by my test rides - The administrative processes were super simple and Akram and his finance colleagues did not try to push further options that I had not considered buying in terms of coverage etc... which is usually my experience with dealers. He objectively discussed my needs, my intents with the vehicle in the future to frame my choices instead of pushing me - Akram became very knowledgeable about these new vehicles through the process and extremely helpful. All his colleagues including their Technology Expert were very helpful to me. - The process of getting help to install my charging station at home through Amazone worked as well. The install ending up being very pro-James Brownfessional. More
