Personable, Punctual, Knowledgable, Specific I've been interested in a few vehicles this dealer has taken on trade. I didn't purchase any of them, but that wasn't because of the dealer or staff. The point is, I've worked with Richard Busker each time. He was always kind and listened to my specific concerns for each vehicle. If he didn't know an answer he would seek it out through whatever means available. I did not feel pressured to purchase. When the time was appropriate he would simply ask if I want to get the paperwork started. When I declined he did not continue to push for a sale nor did he immediately dismiss me. I have since acquired an Audi from another dealer and Richard is now my go to guy for the future! More

Mark Larson of Audi Mpls was exceptionally helpful I consider myself an informed consumer. When it comes to purchasing a car I do a lot of homework to find the car that will check all of the boxes. In fact, I admit, I can over-analyze such a purchase. As such I can be a tremendous challenge for any salesperson. As soon as I encountered Mark Larson he proved to be very professional in his approach. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, he also had a demeanor that earned my trust. He was extremely patient in allowing me to sort through a number of possibilities over a period of time. In the end I found the car I wanted within terms that I found to be very favorable. In summary, I felt that Mark advocated for me in my purchase. He was not only willing to highlight the many positive things that an Audi vehicle offers but he was also willing to discuss how a certain vehicle/feature may or may not have fallen within a criteria that I had conveyed earlier. I will strongly encourage any friends or family to visit Audi of Minneapolis in their search for a car. More

Jon Henry and the people at Audi Minneapolis completely walked me through both purchases and explained what I needed to do after I got into a horrible accident.
