Second Excellent Car Buying Experience at Audi Minneapolis I’ve now purchased two new cars from Audi Minneapolis. The first was a 2016 Audi A6 and the second was my dream car, a 2019 Audi A7. Both car buying experiences were excellent, especially the second one with Chris Cohen, who was my sales representative. Chris is by far the finest and most professional car sales representative I’ve worked with in the past 50 years. Chris has extensive and detailed knowledge about the many different models of Audi cars, such as engine types, seats, and what accessories are standard and what accessories may be added. Chris is highly attentive to what each of his customers is seeking in the appearance, performance, and comfort of an Audi vehicle. He uses his extensive and detailed knowledge about the many different models of Audi cars to find the best match for each of his customers. Chris is also extremely knowledgeable about the financing and leasing options available at Audi Minneapolis. This is very helpful for Chris’s customers to enable them to purchase the Audi vehicle that best meets their individual needs, wants and finances. Chris is willing to take the time to take his customers on test drives of different models of Audi cars. He carefully and patiently explains to his customers how to use the many different types of complex electronic accessories in the car, such as the Navigation system, heads up display, radio, and safety features such as driver assist, etc. This is very helpful to his customers. What impressed me the most about Chris Cohen is his honesty and integrity. No hard sell. Very professional and courteous. Chris is a pleasure to work with.
