The only reason I chose 3 (ok) for overall experience was that I had an 11 am app't & dropped my A4 off at 10:30 and was told both when I called about the appt and at drop-off it'd be a few hours. I've been to other Audi dealerships and this was my first visit to Carousel and I place them at the top of quality, cleanliness and sincerity. Took the car in for some recall work and Tom understood our situation and handled it quickly. We walked into Carousel Audi to "just look" at the A3 and A4 models. If I had encountered a sales person like Mark Landy 50 years ago... I would never have looked elsewhere. Carousel is better than any of us deserve. Mark is supported by a great service department. For me, it has been Tom Hanley in service that has delivered everything I want. Never thought I would have a rave review for a finance person... Kyrsten Guillaume was a genuine help for me to make a few important choices, and she did everything fast, as I relaxed. The shop is comfortable and easily accessible. Most importantly, I really, really love my second Audi. I also loved the first one. I think that Audi pricing is perfectly logical and fair. Carousel has my trust. More

I was greeted by Jason at Carousel while browsing new cars. I inquired about the Certified Pre-owned (CPO) cars available. Jason showed me 3 different CPO Audi A-4s with the newer (2009) body style. I tried out two of the vehicles the first day that I was in the dealership working with Jason and I left that day without pressure. I came back several days later and tried two other CPO A-4s. I still was not ready to purchase because the interiors were not matching my preferred criteria. He was really decent about not putting pressure on me to buy and he was generous about spending time answering my questions. On my 3rd visit about a week later, I showed up at the dealership with the intent to purchase and I asked for Jason by name. He again was friendly and eager to assist me. I ended up purchasing a CPO Audi from Jason and I will ask for him again in the future. The price was very fair according to KBB.com No complaints. More

I went into Carousel to do research and not intending to purchase that day. I asked Mark to "show me the vehicle, don't sell me the vehicle" I was wearing old jeans, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I was driving my nine year old trail blazer and looking like I had no chance at qualifying for one of their higher end Audis (i.e. Q7). Mark spent close to two hours with me on that Saturday, clearly one of his busier days. He walked me through all the options, told me everything I wanted to know about the vehicle (and more), while never attempting to size me up on if I would actually buy one day. After my extended visit with Mark I went on to another dealership (different manufacture) and within five minutes of walking in the door, decided it would be Mark who would get my business. This other salesman asked me repeatedly how much I could afford and even after I told him I wanted to be "shown the vehicle, not sold the vehicle", he kept up with his line of questions. Two months later I ordered a fully loaded Q7 from Mark and think it is worth every penny I paid for it. Carousel has treated me exceptionally well and that is mostly due to Mark Landy. Note to other salesman/women: Just because someone walks in looking like they can't afford something, doesn't mean they should be treated any differently from those who can. As a matter of fact, many times people who can afford the best of the best, don't like to look they can. More

Second time I've had my car in for service at this dealer. Perfect experience both times. I had the pleasure of working with Eric Voge, Asst.
