I found everyone at the dealership to be professional, courteous, and genuinely customer focused on making the experience pleasurable. Although I didn't think initially I would purchase a car from this dealership based on their selection, Jon stayed in touch via email to keep me up to speed on other cars I should consider. In the end, the decision was the right one, and I'm extremely please with the car and the entire experience with Audi Mpls. I would strong recommend working with both the dealership and Jon Henry specifically if your're looking to buy a new or previous owned Audi vehicle. More

The good: Richard provided a competent, knowledgeable, low-pressure sales experience. Answered questions but did not insult my intelligence with a canned sales pitch. Great facilities. I test drove one CPO Audi A4 and got a tire pressure warning. Drove another and the side mirror was broken and the wheel bearing was bad. The neither here nor there: I decided to buy the 2nd A4 anyway after they fixed the problems. I explained I was short a vehicle and had been hoping to drive one home and asked if they could help me out. They did not. Understand that is a difficult situation but given that I had agreed to buy a car even though it had two significant faults, that they'd help me out a bit. More
