I wanted to purchase a new Q5. David Falkman was my salesman and I cannot praise him enough. He is absolutely fabulous! No cheesy high pressure tactics or constant barrage of phone calls/emails. He asked about my timelines and needs, listened to my responses, and didn't push his own agenda. He patiently answered all of my questions, accommodated my crazy schedule, and helped me build and order the Q5 to my exact specifications. But most of all, he made the entire process fun! Best of all, his follow up service in the 3+months I've had my new Audi deserves extra kudos. I am one of those high maintenance customers who refuses to read the manual and just calls David instead. He promptly picks up my calls and is always cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Michelle in finance was also great!
