LOVE Carousel Audi, Love my new Q5! I recently leased a 2015 Q5 and the experience was amazing, however, amazing is what I have come to expect and receive from this dealership! My past sales person was Lynne, who is now a big shot manager so she put my in good hands with Mark Landy, who was amazing.....Michelle in finance was amazing as well......I was a bit of a pain and not once did any of them make me feel like I was even when they could have because I missed some paperwork!!! Mark has offered to review the features with me anytime I need him and I will of course take him up on that...I am NOT a read the manual type of person........I have leased 4 Audi vehicles from this dealership and will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs...they are amazing, which is my new favorite word for them!! :) More
