He was super helpful in keeping me updated on where my car was in the manufacturing process, as well as quick to let me know the second it arrived at the dealership. Disappointing, at best I've been a longtime Audi driver, even going back to the original Carousel. My apparent problem is that I don't live in the twin cities anymore. My local dealer is fine, but has not nearly the inventory that Audi Minneapolis does. So, I decided what I wanted, and saw several from which to choose in Minneapolis. I looked at my schedule, and hoped to be able to make a purchase in the next several days. And that includes several hours driving, each way. It took two weeks to receive any kind of responsiveness at all, Two different sales "managers" did contact me, and sort of helped things along, but it was still painfully slow. When I did consummate my purchase, I had two appointments to do so: one for paperwork, and another to pick up the car the next morning (because, of course, things were late and not prepared--I found out, as I was en route). I had to wait for both appointments. The salesperson was inattentive and scatterbrained, as she forgot several things we had discussed. The business office couldn't decide how to temporarily license an out-of-state vehicle, despite having two weeks to plan for it, if the salesgirl had been able to handle details. And, they signed the title of my trade-in car where "Seller" was supposed to. When I asked, and offered to sign it and make sure they were able to sell it, I was told to not worry about it. Frustrating, at best. And that's the best way to sum up the entire experience--frustrating is the nicest word I can use. I won't type the others, even on Al Gore's Internet.... More
