First Experience with Audi Minneapolis - First Rate!! I'm writing this review a week removed from picking up a new A6 from Audi Minneapolis. I worked with Tom Ekers. I felt compelled to post this review I'm writing this review a week removed from picking up a new A6 from Audi Minneapolis. I worked with Tom Ekers. I felt compelled to post this review when, honestly, I never write them. Hopefully other car buyers find this helpful. I labor over purchase decisions like this. I do a lot of homework, research prices, features, options, all of it. I do so much research that I sometimes get a little "stuck" - meaning it's hard for me to get out of analysis mode. If you're the kind of person who has an Excel file comparing all the make/model options with pros and cons, then you buy cars like I do. Anyway, during my buying process, I went over to Audi Minneapolis to do a few test drives and just to gather info. I worked with Tom, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He spent a lot of time with me, answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed. And, most important for me, never made me feel pressured in any way. We got in the weeds on options and technology, and he was very knowledgeable - as you'd expect from a dealership of this caliber. I ended up leaving with a beautiful A6 that has been a joy to drive. I've noticed that their inventory of new and used vehicles are just in terrific shape, which isn't true of all the dealers I visited. Given all the energy I put into getting a car, it should be a fun and enjoyable experience. That's what I had this time, and I appreciate the level of customer attention they give you at Audi Minneapolis. And Tom's follow up has been great. He even offered to set up an additional appointment to meet with me to go through all the technology in the car in detail...which I may take him up on. Great experience and will be going back to them for our next car. More
