POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE When I purchased my 2012 Jeep Patriot from Audi Minneapolis in May 2016 I THOUGHT they had great customer service and that I was making a great decis When I purchased my 2012 Jeep Patriot from Audi Minneapolis in May 2016 I THOUGHT they had great customer service and that I was making a great decision by purchasing a vehicle from them. However I have only had they car for 10 months and it has needed over $6,000 in work done. Including replacing the transmission , Front right axel is leaking oil , catalytic converter , leaking coolant on to the belt , belt is wearing down from the leaking coolant. When I call the service department to try and get someone to help me with all this issues they speak to me in a condescending voice asking me "Are you sure you're even calling the right place ? You do realize that you are calling an Audi dealership correct ?" I explain to them that yes I do REALIZE I'm calling Audi Minneapolis. That is where I purchased my Jeep which was a trade in. I have called numerous times and each time get told there is nothing the can do for me because I don't own an Audi. In addition I directly emailed Lindsey Clements who was the sales associate I worked with directly when purchasing my car and get no response. AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. If can't afford an Audi DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE ! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED. More
