I would recommend reaching out to him, if you are in the market for a new or a used or a certified Audi. He walks you through the models and does not sell a car if it is not within your budget. We hit a small hiccup during our purchase, but Mark ensured us the car would be ours and could come back the next day and complete the transaction. Since there was an additional day, Mark had my car washed, detailed and when I completed my payment for the car, he took the time to help set up my car and asked me to email or call if I had any questions about my car. I will highly recommend this showroom to all my friends and anyone who is in the market for a new, use or a certified car. Akram helped me find the car that I was looking for even though the one I originally wanted sold the night before. He was helpful in teaching me all of the features and functionalities of the car, which can be a lot at first. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star rating is because after all the paperwork was done, they found out that the car horn wasn't working, so they had to order the part from Germany. This delayed the process of me receiving the car for another 9-10 days. I feel like this should have been caught on the initial inspection, but that was missed. Overall, it was a good experience and would deal with them again. Thanks Akram and Audi Minneapolis! More
