He was able to meet with me that afternoon to let me test drive a 2019 RS 5 so that I could make a decision between the BMW 550i that I had ordered or a Mercedes E53 AMG. I had contacted one other dealer who didn't want to do a test drive and was not very forth coming on finding the car I wanted, if I even wanted it. Chris was great to work with and the car was amazing. The experience was so good that I made a decision that night to purchase the vehicle they had on the showroom floor. Our time at the dealership was round 2.5 hours to be able to put a sold sign on the car. The team at Audi Minneapolis worked over the weekend to get financials in order and set up a time to get the car after I had returned my lease from another dealership. They even were able to give me information on what to expect when returning my lease and how to manage the process since I had never done it before. Picking up the car was easy and the communication after the pick up has been great. Definitely recommend Audi Minneapolis and Chris over the "other" dealership south of them. More

Jay Lopez was right there to help us out and was very knowledgeable, kind and very easy to work with from start to finish. That goes for all of the staff we encountered. If we had a question she couldn't answer, she was quick to find the answer. She even set up Bluetooth and went through all of the electronic stuff with us and it was almost closing time. She didn't rush anything! Also, since the sale, she has followed up with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. Great experience! More

When we ran into a hick-up with my bank's financing options, Richard immediately introduced me to his business manager, who lined up alternative means of financing within a very short period of time. Richard knew I was in the market for a newer A3 after I was rear-ended. He asked a series of questions regarding what I was looking for in a vehicle. Within a day or so, he sent me links to several different options. He pointed out the pros and cons with each option as they related to my preferences. When an alternative option came through the dealership, Richard contacted me right away with the details. Most importantly, Richard was humble, informative, yet never once tried to pressure me into purchasing anything outside of my means. He respected my wishes and preferences. I think other sales reps would benefit greatly by learning a thing or two from Richard. More
