But, we decided to take a look. Ziad Shehady greeted us warmly and spent some quality time with us showing the new improvements to the Q5. He was knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and very helpful, so much so that we left with a deal to lease the 2018 Q5! We picked up our car today, and are very happy with it. Ziad got us the color combination we wanted, the package we wanted, and topped it all off with a leisurely tutorial on all the updates. We highly recomment him to anyone who wants a relaxed, friendly and professional car buying/leasing experience. More

TOTAL SCAM !! I Saw an A3 convertible on line and contacted the dealer, Got a call back from "Jose Morales" a few minutes later. Spoke to Jose and asked him the general pricing, I asked him to be respectful of my time and he gave a quote and set up an appointment. After 4 emails and one text confirming the appointment I drove an hour to meet him.When I arrived at the dealership and asked for "Jose", I was told he was not a salesman there, I was told Joe Hodczak could help me by Dawn McAdam, Client Relations Manager. Joe was a bit rude and just said the car was no longer available and they wouldn't be getting any others. When I expressed my displeasure to Dawn, she said "Jose" helped handle overflow phone & web traffic and shouldn't have quoted prices, but he did! To make matter worse I received a boilerplate email from Joe thanking me for visiting the dealership and hoped my experience was excellent. WHAT A JOKE! More
Horrible and shocking experience No star for discrimination! I have never experienced discrimination in my life! They made me feel like an outcast. (Because of online reviews, I went to them with confidence that they would take care of my vehicle. I went in for an emergency, a week before my (diagnosis) appointment as my car had a big leak. The vehicle was diagnosed about 4 hours until I was given a review on the car and discuss what my warranty will cover. The service advisor Orlando stated that the warranty approved the parts and that the vehicle will be in their possession for 7 days to fix. Then he vaguely said that his dealership will not provide a loaner because they are not the warranty providers (the warranty was purchased from another dealership) he continues on and said: “your warranty will reimburse for a car rental for only $35 a day and there is Enterprise across the street you can go get a rental from there”. As I found this very odd I contacted my warranty company. They stated that the dealership should be able to provide a loaner, given they will receive reimbursement. They also stated that it is odd that they are not providing a loaner and I should speak with the person involved. When Mr. Orlando was questioned, this time he said that I haven’t serviced with them before and that they can not provide a loaner to a first time customer (note: I was told a week before, in order for a customer to receive a loaner the car has to be diagnosed) when I mentioned this to Mr. Orlando, his response was: regardless we don’t have any loaners available and besides our policy is that we can not give a loaner being that it’s your first visit. When asked to see the policy, he stated that he has been working there for 3 years and he never saw it. So, I asked to see the manager. The general manager was very fake and condescending, he kept looping his conversation telling me: “how can we give you a loaner when you haven’t serviced with us, it’s not that simple to give our cars, besides ours are more expensive than yours (2013 Audi A6)” then tells me “why don’t you want to rent a car, the rental company is literally across the street”. Conclusion to this, horrible experience, I took my car and left. Never in my life was I treated in such a deformed, prejudice manner and felt singled out. One question: what’s your reason to treat me in such a way?!) More

Notified them that I'd be driving 2.5 hours to see and drive the car. Two days prior to my appointment I specifically asked them to let me know if the car was sold prior to my appointment. They assured me via email "Yes I would let you know". Showed up - No car. In response to their inquiry about my visit\experience I explained that I was there but the car wasn't. I did get a nice follow-up email though that said "Ok great I hope the visit went well" More
