Communication is an issue i had previously rated this dealer 5 stars based on my first visit there. Unfortunately, my latest visit was frustrating. During my last visit I was told a part needed to be ordered and I would be contacted as soon as it did. Three weeks later I followed up to see what the delay was and was told “it just arrived last night but I hadn’t had time to contact you yet.” I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM, and called 5 hours to find out the status. Was told someone would call back in 5 minutes. An hour later I showed up at dealer to ask again about status. Rep could not find my paperwork and seemed completely confused because she “wasn’t here when the car came in.” At this time I was informed the car “might not be finished today.” No one was able to tell me when and if the work had been started and I was left with the feeling that I had been lied to again. More

We are actually looking at a second vehicle to purchase at DCH since we both need to turnover our cars. My only complaint is that on the original contract we signed during our visit there was a line item stating that we were buying "glass etching" and on the final contract signed at the closing that line item stated "secured etch". The glass was not etched, as was my previous experience but there was an etching on the inside of the door column. Had I know I would have passed on this item that DCH automatically includes on the contract. More
