I will mention that the car had been listed at a fair price, so there was not a lot of discount for my cash. After the sale Steve reached out to me too be sure I was happy. Communication is an issue i had previously rated this dealer 5 stars based on my first visit there. Unfortunately, my latest visit was frustrating. During my last visit I was t i had previously rated this dealer 5 stars based on my first visit there. Unfortunately, my latest visit was frustrating. During my last visit I was told a part needed to be ordered and I would be contacted as soon as it did. Three weeks later I followed up to see what the delay was and was told “it just arrived last night but I hadn’t had time to contact you yet.” I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM, and called 5 hours to find out the status. Was told someone would call back in 5 minutes. An hour later I showed up at dealer to ask again about status. Rep could not find my paperwork and seemed completely confused because she “wasn’t here when the car came in.” At this time I was informed the car “might not be finished today.” No one was able to tell me when and if the work had been started and I was left with the feeling that I had been lied to again. More
