The test drive was quick and painless, with good opportunity to preview not only local road but highway feel. I appreciated the brevity of the car feature overview, given I'd done so much prior research on the car. The negotiation and trade-in process went smoothly, as well as the transparency of what was being done to ensure the best price could be offered to me. Financing was a breeze, with no pressure to buy any add-on elements if I so chose not to take any. Very professional and clean shop, even in their current construction state as they expand. I look forward to building a long relationship with this dealership and Audi in general. More

On time service I came in for a recall service which was completed even faster than I was told to expect.
