This place is a Scam. Agreed a price on the phone with a sales associate named Eunice at 5pm. She said she would talk to "her manager" to look into getting me a deal. She had a thick accent, but what was very clear was the price she quoted, and I wrote down all the details on my end. The deal was good, but she refused to put it in writing via email which seemed fishy. Assuming that they were acting in good faith, I started working with the finance manager Ashish Wagh the next day. We had all materials ready and proceeded to takes credit pulls and get approvals for financing. Right after the multiple bank credit pulls were made, Ashish casually mentioned that the price was $10k higher than this Eunice person had represented the following night. We spoke to the sales manager Sean who took his employees side and stated that I must have been mistaken and that his team never would have agreed to a deal that Eunice gave me, and claimed their must have been a "miscommunication" on my end. They refused to budge on this terrible bait and switch. We were left having multiple hard credit pulls made (presumably to make it harder to go somewhere else), and zero accountability for the attempted con that happened. We have continued our car search elsewhere and so should you. More

Mrs. Belfield handled all my concerns she kept her word.. She stated she would call me back knowing she was very busy when I was at the Dealership that day. I was elated when I got the call back I was smiling because I'd assumed she wasn't going to call me back due to the fact!! I was told that prior and never got a call back from another sales associate. she is about Business and she keeps her word which means a lot to me. Lastly I must give accolades to Mr. Pedro whom works with Mrs. Shonta Scott Belfield Pedro is one of a kind he went out of his way to assist me every time I have a question or come to the dealership, he take time and talk with me and for that I am grateful.. Went to DCH in May ‘20to place an order on a car as they can highly recommended by a friend. Process was easy enough at the beginning with the order placed and a deposit put down. In June ‘20, I was offered a better deal by a competitor and I called to remove my order at which point Leo said there is no need to take my business elsewhere and they would match the offer of the other dealer no problem, just need to give him something in writing that the other dealer was “real” at time of delivery. Fast forward to last week (October) and my order is finally coming close to production and on a phone call that I initiated, Leo says the deal he and I agreed to in June is no good and won’t be honored. No apology, just a matter of fact conversation. I thought we had a gentleman’s agreement and because of the referral I didn’t think it was necessary to get something in writing but apparently someone word is no good. It seems when sales are down because of COVID they will say whatever it takes to make the deal, but when it comes time to honor it, that’s a different story. More
Great leasing experience with Joe Sasso @ DCH Haven't had such a smooth experience with a car dealership in a long time! We're over an hour away on Long Island and was concerned about getting a deal done out of state, but everything went smooth. Joe S. was our salesman and we also worked with Elena from the internet department, Ashish in finance and Tony who showed us the car before we left. Everything was worked out in advance, Joe came up with numbers, submitted the credit app via email and when everything was said and done, we scheduled an appointment to pick up the car and turn in our current Q7, which we leased from a local dealer. Arrived on Saturday and the process was super quick. We were in and out. We were in the market for a GMC earlier this year and this Audi and had contact with many dealerships. Other than one GMC dealer on Long Island (who unfortunate didn't have a vehicle that matched our options list) and this great experience with DCH, every dealer was a nightmare to work with. So glad that DCH had a vehicle in stock that matched what we wanted and that we were able to work with Joe. Despite the drive, everything was great and we'd definitely be willing to work with them again when this lease comes due. More

Everything went as smoothly as possible especially during the ongoing pandemic and we had a great experience. The sales and finance experience was a breeze even though the dealer was working with a smaller crew than usual due to Covid-19. All of the staff were taking precautions including wearing masks and spacing out customer waiting areas to prevent any spread. Joe (and Joe from Finance) were awesome to work with and I would definitely recommend them for any future purchase! More
