I have been buying new cars for over 40 years. This was the best buying experience I have ever had (everyone always hates dealing with auto salesman). I walked in off the street with no references or contacts at the dealership. Salesman offered to help with no pressure to get info from me. I could not stay very long for the first visit. I asked Leo the price of a A4 with the options we wanted. I checked with other dealers in the area and nobody could touch his price, even though I was a repeat customer at two different dealerships (one was over $1500 more). At the closing there was no pressure to purchase extra packages, such as wheel/tire protection or glass protection, etc. I honestly enjoyed the experience. If you are iterested in an Audi, see Leo! My experience with DCH goes back to 2006 when I bought my first used VW. I went there to buy a car that I saw on the Internet, but when I got there the Jetta I wanted was gone. They treated me well and offer first used VW. I went there to buy a car that I saw on the Internet, but when I got there the Jetta I wanted was gone. They treated me well and offered me a used Passat instead. the price was right so we bought it. They said it was a great deal, but I took their word with a grain of salt as I learnt to do with car dealers over the years. My Passat served me well until it was totalled 3 years later. To my surprise, the replacement value I was offered from the insurance company was way more than what I owed. That felt good, and I knew deep down that they gave me a good deal, so I went back to them and bought another used car. This time a Mercedes Benz. This August, I was asked to transfer to Europe for 2 years. With all that was going on, I did not have time to sell my car on my own, so I listed it on eBay and got few offers. Before I accepted any offers, I went back to DCH Audi. I asked if they would buy my car. They appraised my car. They offered me a better price than the offers I got from eBay, and then Alfred offered me an additional $500 for being a Loyal Customer of the dealership. I was Thrilled. The paperwork was fast and I got the check in 3 days. Thanks DCH Audi. I'll e back in 2 years for another car. Tony More

Joe proved to be the most straightforward, helpful car salesman I have ever dealt with. Once Joe and I negotiated everything I was looking for, I was helped further in the financing department by Dawn Mcadam who could not have been more gracious and helpful. I went in to purchase an audi a5. unfortunately I dont remember the name of the sales person I delt with , Italian guy says he has been there 20 years. He looked in the computer and told me that I would have to order the car from factory-which is fine, but he refused to see if other dealers had it, refused to even talk price with me. THe bigest insult was when he told me they dont even want my trade, he said "You will have to sell it on your own, we not going to take it" My car was 2004 nissan sentra spec V, 85000miles on it. Basically, he was less than helpfull and I left with absolutely notheing. Go to paul miller audi I was treated great there, given very fair price on my trade in and got the car I wanted. More
My wife leased a VW Jetta and I a VW Passat VR6 from Jake Auslander prior to DCH discontinuing its VW division. We each had such a positive experience due to Jake's professionalism and honesty (that's right, an honest car salesman!!) that as my VW lease approached maturity, I had no reservations in seeking Jake out at the Audi division, where he had been transferred from VW. It was like reuniting with an old friend. His easygoing, warm, sincere manner coupled with his product knowledge and attentiveness to detail in finding exactly what I wanted without pressuring me into paying for something I didn't want made my experience truly pleasurable. Jake Auslander is a true gentleman who prides himself on not sacrificing his reputation to "make a buck". After signing my new car lease with Jake, I then had the pleasure of dealing with finance manager Rui Tome, who painstakingly reviewed with me every detail of my lease, making sure I had no questions or misconceptions. He even escorted me to the new Lavazza espresso maker where he proceeded to brew me a cup (I alluded to the espresso maker and my love for the stuff as I entered his office)! It's the "little things" that mean so much, and because of this, I will remain a DCH Audi customer. More

He was very upfront and honest and made car buying as painless a process as it could be. Could we have gotten a better deal if we were negotiating harder - probably yes, but you never really know - and I still think we good a great deal with him overall. After we signed the papers to purchase the car, it was well after the closing time. Andrew stayed late, and patiently went through all the new features of the car while waiting out in the cold late that night. I think he is a model salesman when it comes to providing excellent service. More
I went to DCH on Saturday 12/19. They did my FIRST service for 5000 miles on my BRAND NEW 2009 Q5. Right after we pulled away from the dealer, we started to smell burning oil but we thought it was due service for 5000 miles on my BRAND NEW 2009 Q5. Right after we pulled away from the dealer, we started to smell burning oil but we thought it was due to a minor spill during the oil change. I smelled burning oil everytime I drove after 12/19 and finally last night (12/22) when I was driving, the light came on stating that there is "min" engine oil. I mediately turned around and headed towards my house. Right after I pulled into my garage, my car advised me to stop driving immediately. When i looked under my car, there was a puddle of oil and my entire garage smelled like burning oil. DCH asked me to get Audi tow my car. When the towing company came the next morning (12/23), the towing company (from Audi roadside assistance) wants to charge $50 for the oil leak clean up and another $50 for pushing my car out the garage since they can't start the engine. After 16 hours of struggle since the night before, DCH informed me that they will send their own towing truck to my house (about 12 miles away from the dealer). I was waiting to see what DCH can do for me. I went to DCH because i saw all the past good ratings. They sent Miguel (he was very patient and sweet) and someone else to tow my car and cleaned the oil spill in my garage. They called me in the afternoon that the problem was caused by a pinched seal so they drained my engine (thank god there was still some oil left) and added engine oil and washed my car. The seal got broken could be caused over-tightening when they screwed it in. Anyway, my very upset 20 hours turned out to be OK. They delivered my car to my house around 3pm and cleaned my garage with some other chemical again. More

Experience was spectacular. There are many audi dealerships closer to my home, but i decided to go to DCH Audi due to the professionalism of the staff and how accommodating the managers were.
