I now drive a luxury car and for the first time have experienced luxury service! I thought the guys at the Audi Meadowlands sales department were spectacular to work with until I met the people at th experienced luxury service! I thought the guys at the Audi Meadowlands sales department were spectacular to work with until I met the people at their service department, and now I’m hard pressed to tell you who I think is better. I think it’s a tie. EVERYONE at Audi Meadowlands has been totally amazing to deal with. From a previous post on this site you can see that Edwin and Jeremy in the sales department took care of me like family, and moved heaven and earth to earn my business and win my loyalty, which they did. It is clear to me that Candida Diaz and Bill Vandenberg in the service department share the same values as the folks in the sales department. Equally clear to me is the management team at this dealership understands how customers should be treated and they obviously empower the staff to do just that. Two things you need to know about the Audi Meadowlands service department: 1) The service department is in another building maybe 10 minutes away from the main dealership showroom. When I purchased my Q5 I didn’t give this a moments concern. Now having needed service for a broken windshield I can tell you it is no big deal at all. The service department is beautiful. They have valet service and a big clean inviting space that for me was the nicest service department I’ve have had the pleasure to take advantage of. 2) The service department ROCKS!!! My wife was in the wrong place at the wrong time driving on Route 287 and a rock hit and cracked our windshield. As you can imagine the thought of spending hundreds of dollars on a new windshield for a brand new car was less than thrilling to me. I called my salesman Edwin and asked him if he could help me get a better price on the repair since circumstances required me to do so without the benefit of an insurance claim. Edwin called me back and said he put in a good word for me and I should get in touch with Candida Diaz. When Candida and I spoke she told me after speaking with Edwin, and consulting with Mr. Vandenberg, the dealership would pick up the cost of the windshield and asked if I would just cover labor. Stunned, I asked her to repeat herself and then I asked her how was this possible? Her answer: “ You asked us to help and this is something we were able to do for you.” I called Edwin back right away, thanked him, and asked him how soon I can buy another car from him? The service department did not have to do this. We broke the glass. What they did for me today was beyond AMAZING. Who does this kind of thing? This is my first purchase from Benzel Busch and I’m still blown away every time I deal with them. Candida was a pleasure to deal with. The service itself was first rate. I got a freshly washed, clean loaner car, and pleasant valets took my car away. My Q5 returned to me repaired, washed and vacuumed. My inspection sticker was glued back in the new glass and they even re-installed the Velcro in the new windshield to accept my EZ Pass. WHO DOES THAT? The attention to detail of my service and the assistance I got with the cost of the repair has me practically speechless. I’m sure donated windshields are not the norm but however they made it happen, my family and I are very grateful. I’ve told anyone who will listen to me, if you’re looking for an Audi and don’t buy from these guys you’re crazy. I can’t wait to go back and see them for my oil change! More

I purchased my Audi A8 back in February, and since purchasing I have been blown away by how amazing the service at Audi Meadowlands is. I've owned Porsches, I've owned BMWs and a host of American cars purchasing I have been blown away by how amazing the service at Audi Meadowlands is. I've owned Porsches, I've owned BMWs and a host of American cars. One particular service rep, Blanca Simpson, stands out as she has gone above and beyond the call of duty. She's friendly, responsive and I never feel like she's trying to up-sell me something I do not need. The Meadowlands Audi dealership makes me feel appreciated by doing the little things. Each time I've gone in for service whether it be warranty service or a tune-up, the car is completed in the time I'm told it will be, the car is freshly cleaned, and they keep me constantly updated as to progress. Blanca manages my expectations. Lastly, the challenge I had in the past with other dealerships was that Enterprise Rent-a-car handled the loaner vehicles. When dropping off my car at the Dodge dealership, I was presented with a Toyota Yaris. That's pathetic. What that dealership didn't consider was that if they offered the latest version of the same car I had for a loaner, or even one at a higher price point, it was essentially acting as a test drive for me to see if I liked the car and motivate me to perhaps purchase that car. Having an Audi loaner motivated me to talk about the Q5, the A4 turbo, the newest A8 to my friends, colleagues and family both about both the service from Meadowlands and also the high quality and feature set of those vehicles. Blanca Simpson always makes sure a loaner is available for me the moment I arrive and I'm out the door a few moments after arrival. Dodge gave me a Yaris to test drive for a week which is both poor taste and bad business. I hold Meadowlands in the highest regard and will continue to be a faithful Audi customer because of the service I receive. More
Right in the middle of running my errands, my Audi A6 2.7T began to sputter and the check engine light came on. Here we go again with faulty ignition coils!!! I thought I was heading for a total loss of a day at a dealership service department. How wrong I was!!! Let me tell you, the service department at Audi of Meadowlands had me in and out with keys in hand within 2 hours without an appointment. This service department was incredible. It was clean, very spacious, fully stocked beverage station and computer internet access (not just Wifi on your device). I've been to service departments were they stick you in a small room with a samll TV, a vending machine and a drip coffee machine. Not here. I could have easily spent the whole day there. Now let me get to the Service Advisor. Her name is Blanca Simpson. One of the most professional, knowledgeable and polite persons I have ever met in the car service department. I would like to thank her for my painless experience. I would also like to thank the service mechanic that worked on my car. I believe his name is Pablo. My car was worked on very quickly and returned to me in the same exact way I left it. There were no fingerprints, no smudges and my steering wheel, seat and floor mats were not dirty. Even the station on my radio and the volume were unchanged. Thanks again Audi of Meadowlands for the extrodinary service. More
While the experience in obtaining the car was very good, the experience in returning a lease was perhaps one of the reasons that I decided not to continue with the dealership. I fully expected that there would be some inconvenience in retuning the car, I did not however expect the extreme rudeness by the individual at Audi. When I had advised that while I loved the car it simply did not meet my needs, and was looking for an SUV he replied well good luck getting one of ours, we only have one on the lot. I told him that while I really liked Audi I did not like the styling or options that came in the SUV's, so it would not be likly that would purchase the Q5 or Q7.. His comment to that: "What ever, go buy someplace else". Riverside/ Meadowland’s believes that this is how to keep customers I have a word of advice. It does not matter how good the product is if the service is bad. More
