I was contacted and informed throughout with the progress of my repair . Yvonne understood my situation. I was in need for the car to be repaired prior to the weekend. My son used the car being serviced for a weekend job. Yvonne was courteous, patient and respectful. She keep me updated via email and phone. Exceptional Service- I have been driving and leasing cars for years. In recent times, I have been driving Audis and have never been happier. What has made this experience even better was the amazing service I have been getting from Audi of Meadowlands in New Jersey. Candida and the rest of the staff have been fantastic. They have been responsive, caring, and simply professional in dealing with me. The loaner service and delivery program is unbelievable, Not only is my S4 ( manual) the best car I have driven, but the dealership, hands down, is by far the best service I have ever received . More

Valet takes your car, check-in i This was my second time taking my Audi in for recommended service. Service center makes it a pleasurable experience. Valet takes your car, check-in is quick, loaner is made available if needed, there are computer workstations & Wi-Fi to make the time go fast, and snacks & coffee are provided. The estimate was 1.5 hours and that was exactly what it took. Car is returned not only serviced but washed and cleaned inside ! Highly recommend this service center. More

45 mile Service Taking my Audi in for service is always a good experience. Only negative is the $433 cost to replace my car battery that failed the diagnostic test. Wasn't expecting the battery to go on a 4-yr old car with 43,000 miles. More
