Great Customer Service! While my car (AUDI A4) has been awesome from day 1, service is where could potentially arise. But not so, pulling up the staff took over the car in li While my car (AUDI A4) has been awesome from day 1, service is where could potentially arise. But not so, pulling up the staff took over the car in literally seconds. Checking in at the reception, all papers were ready, so not more than 30 seconds were spent. Was asked if I needed a loaner or would wait, with wait-time being 1-1.5 hours. I waited and enjoy the courtesy lounge, well stocked with coffees, juices, fruit and several pastries and, not least, strong WiFi. 45 minutes after arriving, the car was serviced and ready out front. And it was washed, vacuumed and with the interior cleaned. Top notch service!! More

Audi recall for airbags service I called the parts dept. to ask if the replacement airbags were in stock yet and the parts manager checked for me and put them aside for me. When I brought my car in for the service, I was greeted and taken right away and the service was performed quickly within 1 hour, with a complimentary car wash. More
