1st Service Visit Arrived a little early, was greeted at the main entrance. Gave the service rep my letter from AUDI informing me of a software update. Excellent Service!! The employees are always pleasant and Andrew provides answers to any questions or needs from his clients. The atmosphere is also very welcoming. I enjoy going there and they accept your car even if you didn’t have an appointment. There is little to no wait time when they start working on your car. I like the new feature where the mechanic makes a video of your car and it’s sent to you in a text. The link also provides clear details of areas in the car that needs services. Always there Had a sudden, one time parking brake malfunction indicator lamp flash on. Even thought the lamp went out, the service team at Meadowlands Audi arrange Had a sudden, one time parking brake malfunction indicator lamp flash on. Even thought the lamp went out, the service team at Meadowlands Audi arranged to immediately pick up my car and provide a loaner, telling me it was better to be safe. Service completed same day and car returned- nicely cleaned and working perfectly. Nice to have a dealer you can trust no reason to go anywhere else!! More

Time issue Everyone was great and accommodating. My one criticism is that when I called for my appointment, I was told it would take about an hour. However, once Everyone was great and accommodating. My one criticism is that when I called for my appointment, I was told it would take about an hour. However, once I was there and settling in with my coffee and emails they told me it would be a minimum of two hours, so I got a loaner which I would have done from the start if they had told me 2+ hours to begin with. Nothing major and as I said, all were great. More
