Replacement Key Purchase Called dealership a few weeks ago and spoke with someone who gave me wrong hours for service center. Regardless, I ultimately got to service desk and ordered a replacement ignition key for a bit over $200.00. Was unpleasantly surprised when I picked up the key a few days later that I know needed to schedule a service date to get key programmed. I assumed the key would already be programmed. My dismay could have been avoided if service desk simply said "BTW, you know you still have to schedule a service to get key programmed you know?". It would have made for a better overall experience.
