Audi Meadowlands service center has exemplary customer service. From the valet, service check in, parts dept. 5 stars. I went to have a roof rack attached and someone had vandalized my car(vomited all ove service. From the valet, service check in, parts dept. 5 stars. I went to have a roof rack attached and someone had vandalized my car(vomited all over it) in Manhattan. The crew washed my car and put in roof rack for no charge. And they we lovely about it.
