Friendly staff, clean facility, but way overpriced for parts, services, and labor. While the waiting room was not crowded, I wish they provided a loaner for ALL services during COVID so you aren't forced parts, services, and labor. Service center took me In without an appt to have 2 front tires repaired. Both had developed bubbles and could burst at anytime. My insurance was covered, no questions asked and tires were replaced. I was driving from New Haven to Jersey City when my I was driving from New Haven to Jersey City when my window stopped working. I was close to Audi Fairfield in Connecticut so I decided to stop there. I was driving from New Haven to Jersey City when my window stopped working. I remember that I had a previous great experience with Audi Meadowlands so I drove there and they were absolutely fantastic. They understood the seriousness of the problem and they acted immediately. Less then two hours I was out of there. Outstanding service. I could see the difference on how two different dealerships can completely be opposite on customer attention. More
