I always receive great service at Audi Meadowlands. Its too bad the Pirelli tires are horrible!! Ive had 11 flat tires/bubbles in the 4-years Ive owned the car. I've been servicing my SQ5 at this location for over 5 years. Getting a quote for the work is always very frustrating. The service department and the parts department are not integrated. First you call years. Getting a quote for the work is always very frustrating. The service department and the parts department are not integrated. First you call the service department to schedule the service, but that representative cannot give you a quote for parts! So you are then transferred to the parts department to confirm availability and pricing! My other SUV is a Range Rover. When I service it, I get a dedicated representative who is my only point of contact. A completely different customer experience. More

The work was performed as planned but took nearly 3 days to change a tire. On top of that, I was disappointed they didn't wash the car and it was quite dirty after a few days in the dealership. I called on Friday afternoon asking if my car was ready as I didn't get any update, and I have been told to come pick it up Saturday morning because they had to wash it. So not sure what happened there and why they didn't wash it. More
