There’s always an issue when I bring my car to be serviced. I was told the repair (replacing the windshield) would take one day. I dropped the car off early in the morning. I had to call to find out the work hadn’t been done yet but would in the next hour so I could get it at the end of the day. I was originally told after the glass is put in, the car has to sit overnight, so I questioned how I could come get it an hour after it’s replaced. I was then told that I could pick it up and be careful; plus the car wouldn’t be washed. What does careful mean? Instead I said I’d come get the car in the morning. I was informed to come at 9am so they could wash it. I arrived a few minutes after 9am that morning and of course it hadn’t been done yet and I had to wait. Another big issue is the hassle in reaching the service department. The main number is for Benzel Busch. You then select service and waited for several minutes til a persons answered — and now you request Audi so they have to transfer the number. This time I listened to hold music for over 10 minutes. When I reached someone at Audi service they then put me on hold for several minutes to find out the status. I was on the phone for 19 minutes and MOST of that time I was holding. Ridiculous More

Had an oil change, brake flush, fluid top-off and inspection. Service was really good although a bit pricey. Very difficult to get someone on the phone. I had my car there for 5 days and never received a call back from them. I had to call to find out my car was ready for pick up.
