1- When I called to book my service, I asked to have a door dent removed (I bought the insurance). The Service rep booked my appointment for a Thursday. When I showed up for my appointment, I was inform door dent removed (I bought the insurance). The Service rep booked my appointment for a Thursday. When I showed up for my appointment, I was informed that "the door dent guy is only there on Wednesdays." Now I have to take more time off of work to bring the car back on a Wednesday. C'mon. 2 - At my service appointment, I asked for my wipers to be replaced. Was told that I'd get a call to tell me the price. Never got a call and the wipers were not replaced. 3 - Was told the car would be done by the afternoon. Never got a call to tell me that the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. Not a big deal, but would have been a nice to know. 4 - Service rep. never reviewed the work that was done on the car. Just handed me the paper and said "you're good." I said what did you do? Response "20k service" I don't even know what that means. 5 - My car comes to a grinding halt when someone walks too close to the car (almost like slamming it from drive to reverse) - Service center "couldn't find the problem" 6 - Asked for my car to be detailed by Audi - was told "we don't offer that service anymore." Another inconvenience.. 7 - Was super easy to pick up and drop off. I'll give you that. Guys who greeted me outside were excellent. Just not a great experience overall and a total inconvenience to go back "on a Wednesday".. 19 yrs in a Mercedes.. this is my first Audi.. like many things about the car, but if you want me back, make it easy to do business with you.. please. More

The service here is both friendly and quick. As soon as you arrive, you give your key to the valet and walk right in to be greeted by the service team. It was a pleasant surprise to see that I was remember you arrive, you give your key to the valet and walk right in to be greeted by the service team. It was a pleasant surprise to see that I was remembered by Yvonne. Last week, she helped me reschedule my appointment to a more suitable time. Today’s appointment was made easy as she knew I was there for a tire replacement before she looked up my info. Thank you for the great and fast service. This dealership and service center has a personal relationship with its customers. On my way out I ran into Aaron who also instantly remembered me and my family. He knew I asked for a part specific to my car and proceeded to follow up. A few moments later I received everything I needed. Thanks again. More
