Went in for to replace the rear brakes on my SQ5 ! Work was done same day and very quickly I should say. Did have the appointment scheduled but regardless no complaints here. The level of service is not anywhere near other luxury brands I’ve had in the past. Poor follow up. I’ve asked for estimates on items outside of the scheduled maintenance and the staff never gets back to brands I’ve had in the past. Poor follow up.
