The service department which is not on Route 3, it by far one of the most knowledgeable service departments I have ever used with the German cars I have owned. 1) Very disappointed to learn that your service would not reset the "change oil" display due to the fact that they had not changed the oil. A major disadvantage to a DIY owner re oil changes. 2) Exiting y reset the "change oil" display due to the fact that they had not changed the oil. A major disadvantage to a DIY owner re oil changes. 2) Exiting your parking area was made more difficult due to having a RAM pickup truck parked blocking the end of the area, thereby making it difficult to swing around to face the south side of the street. You should prevent any parking near the end of the parking area. 3) There is a shrub to the left of the exit in the parking area, making it difficult to view on coming traffic from the south side of the street. You need to cut back, or to eliminate, this shrub for the safety of your customers. The last two issues above make it such that I would use another Audi dealer for service rather than dealing with the difficulty in using your service facility. More

in my 7 years of being with Audi Meadowlands, this was by far the worst experience ever. Firstly, the car was taken in at 9.30am with a guarantee of completion by 5pm the same day or a phone call. Neither of these things happened, upon my calling there was no call back or update on when I would receive my car. In fact there was no call back the next morning - I had to call multiple times to figure out when I could pick up my car. Upon pick up of the car that had been "washed and cleaned" I had to clean up the interior today. Upon return of the loaner car, there was an "issue" identified with the wheels on the loaner car. I had not driven the car anywhere except to my home parking garage and back - what I found unacceptable was the accusatory tone and the demand for me to stay there until they looked through photos. The tone was rude, accusatory and lacked basic communication skills. I left (this was at 11am) and finally was called at 4.28pm with a voicemail telling me the photos showed the damage was there before and I was ok. 1) did you really think I could sit there all day and didn't have a job to go to and 2) there was no apology or recognition of the inappropriate treatment in the morning. I plan to purchase a new car next year and due to this experience will likely avoid Audi and will certainly avoid Benzel Busch so my services are with a different team going forward. More
