While I was happy with the work performed, I had to sit at the service center for at least 3 1/2 hours. I brought the vehicle in because of a warning about tire inflation. While testing showed that the two rear tires needed to be replaced (one had a cut and the other had excessive wear) (and a related wheel alignment was necessary), there were no loaner cars available. The service center certainly couldn't predict the necessary extent of work, but they didn't inform me of the likely time needed to complete it (and the 55K mile service). They could have given me the option to return when a loaner was available. I feel there was a lack of respect for my time. More
