Outward communication from the service center to me was non-existent. I had to proactively contact the service department for updates. I can't trust this dealership, and I urge anyone who takes a trip there to take all the extra steps before buying a vehicle. Until I called to find why are my permanent plates are taking so long (been over 1 month) only to hear about the title issue. Service was very rude. I have a Q5 and asked for a courtesy car. I expected a Q5 at least so I could fit my kids car seats in there. They gave me a Q3 and when I asked for an upgrade, they didn’t even courtesy car. I expected a Q5 at least so I could fit my kids car seats in there. Although the front desk people were polite, the overall service of this establishment is something to be questioned at the least. We had never had issues with our air bags until after a recall was preforme service of this establishment is something to be questioned at the least. We had never had issues with our air bags until after a recall was preformed by Audi Meadowlands. After the recall, we've had our airbag light come on twice and all Audi Meadowlands did was charge us $160+ to "check" it the first time to then come back a second time after the light turned on again. They then quoted us $1500+ for a "clock spring" which is directly involved with the airbag. I did extensive research after being quoted this obtuse amount and not one clock spring came even near the $700 part price Audi quoted us. It is a shame to say that this facility only cares to take advantage of people who don't know where else to go. More
