I was pissed and hoping I would be pissed again but the new girl saved the day! I got my vehicle back and she totally helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. I really have to commend my advisor though because she was fully attentive and when she saw my complaints she took the time to listen and investigate. Then on top of that she waived my diagnostic fee! The money was never the issue but the gesture left me smiling all the way out the door. Now I’m ready to enjoy my AUDI! More
