Extraordinarily efficient and timely customer service. Service rep, Courtney Pooler was highly knowledgeable and communicative about the time the service would take and the cost. The experience dealing with my service advisor Dimitri was excellent, he was patient and I felt he was looking out for my best interest, the issues I had were addressed and a loaner provided for almost 3 was excellent, he was patient and I felt he was looking out for my best interest, the issues I had were addressed and a loaner provided for almost 3 months. My only negative were, this is the 2nd time I've brought my car in for service and received it with grease stains somewhere on the interior, more care needs to be given in that regard, and their hand car wash, isn't much of a wash, but that I can live with. I made appointment weeks ahead of time, with loaner. Despite that, the recall part was not ordered. I had to wait a few days for my car to be returned to me. Also, my husband made an appointment online for his routine maintenance, and they did not have a loaner for him, despite the online scheduler allowing it. Clearly, your scheduling system needs to be upgraded. He was forced to reschedule. The worst part is I called that morning (2 hours before the appointment) to confirm both our appointments and was not informed at that time there was no loaner for him. He arrived and was told. Your staff wasted his time. Dmitry was very nice. However, there was another lady at the service desk complaining about her manager in front of customers. Not professional. Probably the same lady who confirmed our appointments two hours earlier. What happened to the snacks, beverages, and fruit? Cheap. Audi is a luxury car. The service department, however, needs a little work to match its prestige. More
