I made an appointment to get an oil change and get a loaner, after waiting roughly 40 min they brought a filthy dirty car loaner covered in dog hair, I then told the someone and they asked me to wait an loaner, after waiting roughly 40 min they brought a filthy dirty car loaner covered in dog hair, I then told the someone and they asked me to wait another 30 min for them to wash the car. When o picked up my car 3 days later they didn’t washed my car, I pay for Audi care which included a car wash. This is the second time this has happen at this dealership! No respect for their customers!! Very disappointed More
