I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the service dept at Audi Meadowlands! Esma was truly a pleasure to deal with. We were taking a road trip from Boston to Charleston SC. On Saturday as w service dept at Audi Meadowlands! Esma was truly a pleasure to deal with. We were taking a road trip from Boston to Charleston SC. On Saturday as we were driving through NJ we got a nail in a tire on my Q3. Long story short we had no luck getting a new tire on Saturday. We had to stay in NJ for 2 nights until we could get to an Audi dealer. Thankfully we chose the right one! Esma and the entire team were so friendly and kind to us. They were able to locate a tire and installed it in less time than we originally expected. They were so professional!! We’ve had a lot of experience at Audi service in the Boston area BUT nothing like this. Needless to say the road trip to Charleston is off BUT we ended up having a nice weekend in NJ after all. Side note we were traveling with our Australian Labradoodle, Kenzie and everyone at the dealership we’re so good to her. More
I was pissed and hoping I would be pissed again but the new girl saved the day! I got my vehicle back and she totally helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Her great communication skills helped me drop my guard to realize I was putting the wrong gas in my vehicle. Silly me trying to be cheap! I really have to commend my advisor though because she was fully attentive and when she saw my complaints she took the time to listen and investigate. Then on top of that she waived my diagnostic fee! The money was never the issue but the gesture left me smiling all the way out the door. Now I’m ready to enjoy my AUDI! More
scheduled for a Simple 40,000 mile inspection, and service. next day oil light came on. Added 1 quart of oil to satisfy. I then, checked tire pressures, All were Low, as if not even checked. Esma Batca, expressed My disappointment, and doubt that the car even received the required service, and inspection it was brought in for. She said that she would inform her supervisor, No response. This type of experience is the reason Dealers are thought badly of. I would suggest dropping some of the Tech, and nonsense video.
