Even when my first trip to her ended in my complaints being unfounded she fully understood my frustration and saved me the fees associated with the diagnostic. Then a week or two later when I caught the check engine light on I immediately drove it back to the dealership and without an appointment esma took me in. This time they were able to pinpoint the situation and not only has my vehicle been perfect the last few days but esma once again discounted my service fees and the notion was greatly appreciated.
