I happen to visit Audi Meadowlands , when I wanted to get Q7 home. Little did I knew , that because of semiconductor chip shortage issue , I would have been in a waitlist. However, with this bittersweet star Q7 home. Little did I knew , that because of semiconductor chip shortage issue , I would have been in a waitlist. However, with this bittersweet start on the booking of Q7, finally I received my Car this week. All credit goes to Michael Boden, who have stood by this booking and order very closely in making sure my vehicle will be delivered on time. He made sure the entire process was transparent and clear for me. Definitely recommend Michael Boden for your buying preferences at Audi Meadowlands. More

Car broke down, I had to arrange for towing (they did not help with that; years ago at a Mini dealership they had arranged for towing), they made me then wait for 4 days for a technician to even look at the help with that; years ago at a Mini dealership they had arranged for towing), they made me then wait for 4 days for a technician to even look at the car, then it took 4 days to diagnose and fix the car (replace the starter motor). To me, that’s too long for. Premium brand. No loaners available, to boot. Also, they did the upgrade from 3g to 4g (they did that without any delays, so that’s positive), and 3 days later the Audi app gives me an error that the 4g thing disconnected. Oh well. I’m not going to bother to get that fixed, too much of a hassle. More
