Service was great. I wish they had ordered the tire prior to my arrival because I had to end up waiting the entire day for my vehicle. Side note: the call routing to the service center needs to be improved. I end up calling the standard benzel Busch number on google which routes me to audi service and then it will ring for 20 minutes before I get hung up or answered. An auto receptionist feature and call queue for your system would make for a better experience. More
