Disappointing in many ways. First off, reviews of a place is obviously vindictive of how a business is providing service, or lack there of. Most of these 5 star reviews seems to be an involvement of purchasing a NEW car. Clearly the amount of issues that may occur is slim to none. I am sure from a NEW car standpoint, I would have had a different outcome. However I purchased a USED vehicle...2018 BMW 750i. The experience from beginning to end drastically changed AFTER I bought the car of course (as most reviewers indicated at this dealer). Being 8 hours away, I found a good price for a BMW that I've been trying to find with the right options, and reached out. The communication was short but persistent. There were a few minor concerns I shared at the time of purchase such as the rust on the rotors (on the outer rim portion where the pad makes contact to the rotor surface), but the dealer indicated that it passes NJ inspection, so they're not going to address it. Being in Vermont, the state will fail this item because of the rust, regardless of the size of the pads, but I knew this when I bought it (more on this in a moment). About a week into ownership, I noticed a loud buzzing noise in the morning, which I had diagnosed to a Fuel Pump. I spent the next 5 days emailing/calling and trying to get in touch with anyone regarding this issue. Emails were not being returned, phone calls ignored, and this went on for days and days. I've always been taught that when a problem arises, take ownership and work through it. NOPE, not this dealer. They will continue to ignore you until you give up (which I will not do!) Just read the one star reviews, you'll see the pattern. Eventually I get a call from the GM and he states "hey, if it is loud, but still working, not my problem." I mentioned that sometimes it is a hard start, but that was ignored too. Apparently I have to be driving in the middle of the night, and for the car to fail on me miles from home on a highway and stranded on the side of the road for the dealer to 'potentially' assist...only if I make a week's worth of calls and emails to actually reach someone. Now the brakes...I went to have it inspected here in Vermont, and what do you know, the rotors failed (all 4) because of the rust, but ALSO the front pads (which I was told were full of life when I bought the car a couple weeks prior) were just under the minimum requirements for inspection. Mind you, I put less than 500 miles on this car since I bought it have used the brakes like any reasonable person would, not heavy breaking, no city driving etc. Perhaps the 3,000 mile difference of what was listed on their site (68K) to when I bough it at 71K miles had some effect by the employee at the dealer using this car affect the brakes to go that low? Guess I'll never know, and shame on me for not hiring a third party mechanic to review this car (Although buying from a large reputable dealer such as Audi, I would not think I would have to, and more importantly relying on Benzel-Busch's commitment to "Customer Attention and community service that had been the family's signature and together they worked to make Benzel-Bush a benchmark in automotive retailing" CITED DIRECTLY FROM THEIR SITE. What a joke that statement is ). So here I am, spent a good amount of money on a USED vehicle, have an ongoing issue with a fuel pump, and needing $1800 worth of brakes within the first few hundred miles of owning this car, with the addition of the lack of taking any sort of ownership and communication by the dealership, and a "you bought it, I don't care attitude" is what this dealer provided me. As I started out saying, just a very disappointing experience from virtually all aspects of the sale. Sadly, I work for a local Credit Union in Vermont and in charge of 100+ relationships with dealers in the New England Area and NEVER had I come across a dealer so entitled and cold. I know for sure I would not allow my members to work with a dealer such as this given my experience. More

This was not my first Audi, nor will it be my last from Audi Meadowlands! Ronnie is a great salesman, he's been our go-to guy for all of our cars purchased through Audi Meadowlands.
