Although it took a year for the factory to build and deliver the vehicle (supply chain / pandemic issues), he never waivered or pressured me on cancelling the order and taking possession of a vehicle on the lot. Alex is the consummate professional - he guided me thru all options and honestly + sincerely explained all. He walked through all technology questions, gave short cuts and explained pros + cons.
