Alex was excellent in both his depth of knowledge and level of service provided. He spent 2+ hours looking for the perfect version of the Audi Q3 that me and my wife wanted and was able to get it to us p level of service provided. With all the supply chain issues, this really felt like a walk in the park. The whole process right from choosing the vehicle to financing and driving it off the lot was a breeze thanks to Alex. That alone would be been enough to give him a 5 star rating, but I think what Alex did afterwards was truly remarkable : the car had a stain because of a pipe leak in our garage and Alex personally made sure that everything was perfect by getting us contacted with the Service Department. I cannot recommend Alex and the other folks at Audi Meadowlands enough. More
