Had a small issue with a ding I found on a pre-owned vehicle. Everything was completed as i requested. Wind shield wipers were on back order which is surprising since this is not an uncommon replacement. Time quoted was 1 hour by the receptionist when i made the appointment when in actuality it took 2 hours. This was not a problem for Mr; however, the receptionists making the appointments should be more accurate for better customer service. Overall i would recommend Audi Service especially since i have been coming here since 2015. More
