Alex expressed a sincere interest in making sure that I loved the car I bought, rather than just trying to sell me whatever was on their lot. Very bad experience, the manager doesn’t care about you. I just bought a car and it has so many problems the same day I purchased. They lie about everything and they are not helpful . Some of the staff are friendly but the manager George definitely not willing to care at all . They said they will change all tires for me when I bought the car but it was all lies. They told me to bring the car for service for couple days to check and they don’t even have a car for me to take home. Overall i don’t recommend it. There are many audi dealers better than this and more honest and wont sell you an unsafe vehicle to drive. Im buying a car from an audi dealership not from the street. They should me more responsible not careless. More
