The experience dealing with my service advisor Dimitri was excellent, he was patient and I felt he was looking out for my best interest, the issues I had were addressed and a loaner provided for almost 3 was excellent, he was patient and I felt he was looking out for my best interest, the issues I had were addressed and a loaner provided for almost 3 months. My only negative were, this is the 2nd time I've brought my car in for service and received it with grease stains somewhere on the interior, more care needs to be given in that regard, and their hand car wash, isn't much of a wash, but that I can live with.
