I thought I was heading for a total loss of a day at a dealership service department. How wrong I was!!! Let me tell you, the service department at Audi of Meadowlands had me in and out with keys in hand within 2 hours without an appointment. This service department was incredible. It was clean, very spacious, fully stocked beverage station and computer internet access (not just Wifi on your device). I've been to service departments were they stick you in a small room with a samll TV, a vending machine and a drip coffee machine. Not here. I could have easily spent the whole day there. Now let me get to the Service Advisor. Her name is Blanca Simpson. One of the most professional, knowledgeable and polite persons I have ever met in the car service department. I would like to thank her for my painless experience. I would also like to thank the service mechanic that worked on my car. I believe his name is Pablo. My car was worked on very quickly and returned to me in the same exact way I left it. There were no fingerprints, no smudges and my steering wheel, seat and floor mats were not dirty. Even the station on my radio and the volume were unchanged. Thanks again Audi of Meadowlands for the extrodinary service. More
We just purchased a new 2012 Audi A6 and I could not be happier with the expereince. Jeramy was upfront and fair with our trade(2008 Audi A6)and gave us a great deal. For example, what is also keenly appreciated is that Gary's positive attitudes and helpful disposition persisted after the papers were signed and the funds transferred by being very helpful in securing the return of some inadvertently forgotten items left in our former car. This dealership can be supremely proud of this exemplary employee because of the quality and competency of the work performed by Gary for this dealership. More

I fully expected that there would be some inconvenience in retuning the car, I did not however expect the extreme rudeness by the individual at Audi. When I had advised that while I loved the car it simply did not meet my needs, and was looking for an SUV he replied well good luck getting one of ours, we only have one on the lot. I told him that while I really liked Audi I did not like the styling or options that came in the SUV's, so it would not be likly that would purchase the Q5 or Q7.. His comment to that: "What ever, go buy someplace else". Riverside/ Meadowland’s believes that this is how to keep customers I have a word of advice. It does not matter how good the product is if the service is bad. More

My son and I were looking for a used pre-certified Audi and this dealership had exactly what he wanted. The first time we were there, the salesman was pleasant for the most part and we took the car for a t and this dealership had exactly what he wanted. When we got down to finances, he kept referring to his manager, so I just went and spoke with the manager. (It was somewhat late and this salesman kept eating something from his desk drawer - very rude.) I would have preferred a more private area to speak in as the manager's desk was in the middle of the room with all the salesmen's desks. We did not come to terms on this first visit. I made a subsequent visit during which I spoke again only with the manager, Mike, who really made an effort and we did reach an agreement so I put a deposit on the car. The day we went to pick the car up had been bad weather, bad traffic, and I got lost because this dealership is rather difficult to find so I arrived a bit later than our appointment. The salesman, again, was rude and I mentioned this to the manager. We left to see the finance people in the Secaucus office - the woman there was extremely nice - she had stayed late to help us. There was a small discrepancy in the price and she immediately fixed it. All in all, I would recommend this dealership for a pre-certified Audi, especially the manager and the finance office. Perhaps a different salesman might have made it a little more pleasant. More

Questions were answered rapidly in an email exchange with manager Sam Ahn that had all my questions answered in about an hour total. There were about nine emails in that time. I was at the dealership three hours later for a test drive. Marilyn Tedesco the salesperson who thoroughly went through the car with my in the lot and on the test drive was very personable. No pushiness or constant upselling. She went over numbers and explained everything clearly. She found the car I wanted and promised to have it delivered in two days. I made a deposit and had a signed purchase order for the price I got online. Two days later she picked me up from the train station and drove me to the dealership to pick up my car. Everyone there was genuine, just good people selling cars. They didn't act like they were doing you a favor but also weren't overly gushing. The back office final signing was pleasant. No hard sell on financing etc. Competitive matching rates on financing were offered but I already had my cash sorted out and that was respected. I did spend a bit more money back there but I had already planned on buying the Tire and Wheel Insurance and the pre-paid servicing. I was given the price that I had seen other people had gotten on the internet. As I live in Manhattan I checked with most of the luxury car dealerships before going to Jersey and none were as mellow and friendly as Audi Meadowlands. No one was nasty in Manhattan, just not as nice. More

Notified me of scratches on the rear bumper and slight curb rash. The dealership did a decent job covering paint imperfections and Gary was flexible on pricing. He included the price of the inspection into the final price - added bonus. An oversight in spotting hail damage along the hood and roof of the car was handled promptly. Mostly compensated for the damages ($600 of $900 bill) which seemed fair. They recommended a reliable and fully-insured transport service that delivered the vehicle within 5 business days. Despite surprise hail damage, the dealership handled the situation maturely. Recommended. More
I was contemplating between leasing a BMW and an AUDI and decided to test drive both. I went to BMW and did a test drive and wanted to compare it to Audi before I made a decision. I met with Marilyn and she was so helpful and patient. There was no comparison from the BMW sales person to Marilyn. I was so pleased with the Audi A5 Coupe that I signed that day for the one left in the lot. Although I absolutely love my Audi, Marilyn's assistance made me feel so comfortable in asking questions and answered all of my concerns. I will definitely go back to her when my lease comes up. I have recommended friends and co-workers to go to her for sales. I'm so happy with my new car! I definitely made the right decision... thanks! More
