I went to lease an Audi 6 in Secaucus. What I expected was the direct opposite. Most dealers I have been to remind me of carnival barkers. They try to fleece you. Not Michael Boden! What a gentleman. My service today was not great. I waited nearly 3 hours for an oil change. My service advisor was not professional. I had to ask him several times for an ETA on the vehicle. The third time that I asked for an oil change. My service advisor was not professional. I had to ask him several times for an ETA on the vehicle. The third time that I asked how much longer (after being there for 2 1/2 hours) he came back and sat his desk and did not let me know how much longer I had to wait. I went up to him yet again and he did not apologize for the wait or seemed to really care. I gave him the feedback that he originally quoted me 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait time and that it If I knew it was going to be nearly double the quoted time just for an oil change, I would have just reserved a loaner car. He did not respond to my feedback. I also did not receive a copy of the service inspection, only realizing this after I left the service center. The most frustrating part was that the entire staff saw I was clearly not happy. I was standing next to the service desks waiting to ask a question, and not once did he or anyone turn to me or acknowledge me or even just say “I’ll be right with you” for 20 minutes while I stood there. The staff saw me standing around and no one asked me if I had a question. This is certainly not the level of service I would expect from an Audi dealer that is ran by Benzel-Busch. This is not my first negative experience at the service center, but is the first time I am leaving my feedback about it. More

I recently leased two Q3s from Audi Meadowlands. From the onset of the process, our sales representative Alex K. was always very helpful and responsive. Because of the shortage of vehicles due to COVID, the onset of the process, our sales representative Alex K. was always very helpful and responsive. Because of the shortage of vehicles due to COVID, it seemed that I would not be able to get my Q3s, however Alex did not stop trying and found them for me. Alex worked hard to make this happen and I appreciate his dedication. Alex always got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Alex K. from the Meadowlands dealership to others. More

I made an appointment to service a recall and to repair a bubble in my tire that was causing my tire to go flat. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and never received any updates on the status of my car. I texted Toney asking for an update but did not receive a reply. When I called at 4:15 they said my car was ready. I picked up my car the next day and Toney asked if I was here for just the recall, apparently the technician never communicated that to Toney that I needed a new tire. Luckily the tire was in stock but I had to wait an hour for them to replace. My car was also never washed even though they asked me if I wanted one when I dropped it off. I also asked for a receipt of my service and Toney said he would email it to me but I never received it. I will be taking my car to other Audi service centers in the future. More
